Helen Munro Founder and CEO
I'm Helen and I'm passionate about supporting small organisations and helping them to achieve their potential through effective marketing strategies. I began my career at Ford Motor Company where I worked in a number of sales and marketing
roles. These included developing Ford of Britain sales incentives and providing sales and marketing training to authorised Ford dealerships. Following these roles, I worked in communications with a specialism in website, email and print campaigns.
Since having children, I have worked with organisations including St Peter's West Molesey. I supported local charities with tailored marketing support
including web design, print campaigns and social media. During lockdown I started thinking about how I could use my skills and experience with my desire to support small organisations. I took the plunge in early 2022 and launched Cultivating Creative. I was delighted with the immediate success
of my new venture, receiving my first client only 2 hours after launching online! Since then I have worked with clients in a variety of sectors including media, professional services, charity, medical and wellbeing.
I'm married to Alex and together we have four children, a Springer Spaniel called Skye and Tiddles the tortoise. We are based in West Molesey, Surrey where Alex is the local vicar. Unsurprisingly I don't have a huge amount of free time(!) but when I do get some I love dog walks, meeting friends, drinking wine and reading.
